Irresistible Mango Golgappe to Elevate Your Snacking Game

Ingredients

2 Ripe chopped mangoes 10-12 Golgappe puris 2 tbsp Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp Mint-coriander chutney 1 small chopped onion and tomatoes 1/2 cup Sev 1/2 cup Cooked chickpeas and potatoes 1/2 tsp Chaat masala Fresh coriander leaves

Step 1

Prepare the mango pulp by blending the chopped mangoes until smooth. Fill golgappe puris with mashed potatoes and cooked chickpeas (optional).

Step 2

Now Mix chopped onions, tomatoes, and mangoes with chaat masala. Assemble the golgappe by filling them with the mango mixture.

Step 3

Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney over the golgappe.

Step 4

Sprinkle sev and chopped coriander on top.Enjoy the tangy and sweet flavors of Mango Golgappe!
