This delectable Mango Cheesecake recipe,is the divine blend of creamy cheesecake and mangoes.
For the crust: 1 1/2 cups biscuit crumbs 6 tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp granulated sugar For the filling: 2 cup cream cheese 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup mango puree 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 3 large eggs 1 cup mango puree 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh mango slices
Preheat oven to 160°C. In a bowl Mix biscuit crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar for the crust.
Now grease pan with oil and Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Now Add mango puree and flour to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined. Beat in eggs too.
Pour the filling over the crust in the pan. Smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Cool it down and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add in mango topping, combine mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook until slightly thickened, then cool. Remove the cheesecake from the pan and pour the mango topping over it.
Garnish with fresh mango slices if and serve this creamy dessert! Enjoy!
