These Gluten free chocolatey cookies are ideal for satisfying your sweet desire. Here is an easy recipe for chocolate cookies without gluten this can be stored for several days too.
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In bowl, whisk the gluten-free flour and cocoa powder.
Add in baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients.
Stir in the gluten-free chocolate chips. Scoop out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Keep check on the spacing and Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, once done then cool down and enjoy!
