Discover the joy of homemade eggless Spanish churros with this easy recipe. These golden-brown, crispy delights are made without eggs, serve with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup water 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp salt Vegetable oil, for frying 4 tbsp Cinnamon and sugar
In a pan heat water and combine water, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt. Now add the flour and stir.
Now let it cool and Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle.
In a deep pan heat vegetable oil for frying. Pipe 4-5 inch long strips of dough directly into the hot oil.
Fry the churros until they turn golden brown and crispy. Place them on a napkin to drain oil.
While the churros are still warm, roll them in cinnamon sugar mixture until they are coated evenly.
Serve the eggless Spanish churros warm with chocolate sauce or caramel sauce! Enjoy!
