Enjoy delicious cheese corn parathas by stuffing a flavorful mix of corn, cheese, and spices inside soft whole wheat dough. Serve with your favourite side dish and enjoy!
2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Ghee or oil
Take a bowl combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to make a soft dough.
In a separate bowl, add boiled corn kernels, grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Mix well. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls. Take one ball and roll it into a small circle using a rolling pin.
Now Place a spoonful of the cheese-corn filling in the center of the circle. Roll out gently.
Heat a tawa over medium heat and cook the parantha on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the cheese corn parathas hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
