These handmade cheese corn balls are the ideal appetiser. with a crunchy crust, cheesy ooze and a burst of sweet corn.
1 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled and drained) 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Bread crumbs for coating Oil for frying
In a bowl, combine the boiled sweet corn kernels, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Now make balls of the mixture.
Roll each corn ball in bread crumbs until evenly coated. Set aside. In deep pan heat oil.
Fry the balls until golden brown. On a napkin drain access oil. Serve it with dipping sauce of your choice.
