Celebrate International Coffee Day with a delightful Eggless Tiramisu. This no-bake dessert layers coffee-soaked ladyfingers with a luscious mascarpone and cream mixture, topped with a dusting of cocoa. A coffee lover's favourite!

1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 1 cup mascarpone cheese ½ cup heavy cream ½ cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Ladyfingers Cocoa powder for dustin

In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

In a shallow dish, mix coffee. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in a serving dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone.
