Holi is popularly known as the Indian 'festival of spring' and the 'festival of colors. Gujiyas are a traditional sweet prepared in every household during Holi. Without Gujiya the festival is incomplete.
This Gujiya is prepared with Gulkand made up of rose petals. The aroma is very nice and the taste is awesome.
The sweet apples are sautéed with the mixture and a nice filling is prepared stuffed and fried.
This namkeen Gujiya is prepared with grated coconut, mint leaves and other ingredients.
Holi is incomplete without Bhang, add bhang with khoya, dry fruits and the mixture is ready! Fill gujiyas fry and serve.

It’s a Bengali Gujiya in ring shaped called kheer. Fillings are made of khoya or mawa. Outer is made of Semolina.
Sweet Yellow- Orange dish filled with mawa and khoya, topped with saffron strands and is flavourful.
The filling is made up of blended coconut, thandai masala, powdered sugar, mawa, and nuts. Taste amazing!
