Make the most of the colorful winter-special vegetables and prepare some spicy and tangy Pickle. The fusion of flavours will pair up best with all your meals.
Mustard seeds-1tbsp Yellow mustard seeds-1tsp Cumin-1tsp Fenugreek seeds- 1/4tsp Black peppercorn-15-16 Whole Coriander -1tsp Fennel seeds-1tbsp Carom seeds-1/4tsp red chilli powder-1tbsp, turmeric powder- 1/2tsp and black onion seeds-1/2tsp Mustard oil asafoetida-1/4tsp carrot-2 medium Raddish-1 big Ginger-1piece Green chillies-200grams vinegar-1tbsp Salt
Take the ingredients and grind them, add chilli powder and black onion seeds afterwards. Mix well the achar masala is ready.
Heat the mustard oil in a pan, let it cool to lukewarm temperature, and then add the radish, carrots, ginger, and green chillies.
Add pickling spice mixture to the flame. Cook them for around 5 minutes on low heat.
Close flame add vinegar-1tbsp and salt as per requirement.
Allow it to cool before putting it in an airtight container to keep it fresher longer.
