These are a great treat for you if you're looking for something healthy. Rich in nutrients and help satisfy your cravings.
1/2 cup walnuts 1 cup paneer 1/4 cup yoghurt 5tbsp sattu 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp jeera powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp aamchur Salt to taste 3-4 tbsp coriander Powdered walnuts Oil
Take walnuts, and then dry roast the walnuts. Let it cool & blitz to a fine powder.
Mix paneer, yogurt, sattu and spices to make a smooth paste. Add powdered walnuts too for a smooth mixture.
Shape them into small tikkis & shallow fry in oil till golden brown on both the sides.
Take them out on a napkin, make sure there is no access oil . Serve hot with green chutney & onions.
