1 cup semolina 1/2 cup chopped veggies 1 chopped pink onion 2 chopped spring onions chopped onion greens Salt red chilli powder 1 tbsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp fruit salt
In a mixing bowl, add curd, semolina and combine well. Then add all vegetables, spices and water.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes and add fruit salt in it and mix again.
Heat oil in a paniyaram pan and add mustard seeds. Pour the batter in the pan and cover it for 2 minutes.
Flip the paniyarams and cook until crisp from both the sides. Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy.
