Instant set dosa is a soft, spongy, and delicious dosa that’s quick to prepare. Made with semolina, poha, and curd, this instant recipe requires no fermentation and is perfect for a quick breakfast.
1 cup semolina (rava / sooji) 1/2 cup beaten rice (poha) 1/2 cup fresh curd (dahi) 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste 1 1/2 tsp fruit salt 6 tsp oil for cooking
In a mixer, add rava, poha, curd, sugar, salt, and 1 cup water.
Blend the mixture to a smooth paste and transfer to a deep bowl.
Add eno and gently mix the batter.
Heat a non-stick tawa and grease it with a little oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter to make a 5-inch diameter round dosa.
Cover and cook the dosa on a medium flame for 2 minutes and wait until bubbles form.
Serve the instant set dosa with chutney and sambhar when it turns golden brown.
