Rava appam can be the instant solution to your hunger pangs at any time of the day. They are lightweight and easy to cook. Here is a hassle-free recipe that you must try out.
2 teaspoons sugar ½ teaspoon ENO 1 cup rava 2 cups water ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup curd ¾ cups poha
In a blender, grind rava and poha together into a fine powder mixture.
Add some water to the mixture and soak it with curd, salt, and sugar.
Add a cup of water and whisk everything together. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Adjust the consistency by adding more water and sprinkling ENO.
As soon as you see froth developing, pour the rava mixture on a hot tawa.
Serve appam with nariyal or tomato chutney.
