1 cup semolina (rava) 1 cup curd 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon urad dal 1 dried red chilli Curry leaves Oil for greasing
Combine semolina, baking soda, salt, curd and water. Mix well.
Add mustard seeds, urad dal, and dried red chilli in a little bit of oil.
Pour the batter into a greased idli steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the idlis hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
