Instant ragi dosa is the solution to all your cravings for the South Indian staple. It is also healthier than your regular rice and lentil batter. Here is a quick recipe for you to try.
½ cup ragi flour ¼ cup rice flour Salt to taste 2 tbsp rava 1 minced green chilli 2 tbsp onion 2 cups water 5-6 curry leaves 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp ginger 2 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp chopped onion
Combine semolina, ragi flour, rice flour, curry leaves, chillies, salt, cumin, and ginger in a bowl.
Pour water into the mixture and stir the ingredients. The batter should be thick but without lumps.
Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a skillet.
Spread a ladle of the instant batter on the skillet.
Wait for the base to turn brown and crispy.
Serve the dosa hot with aloo mixture, chutney, and sambar.
