Instant Pot Noodles At Home, But Make It Healthy

If you're a super fan of cup noodles, this is a simple step to make a healthier version.  And it's completely customisable, so choose your sauce, veggies and proteins and get ready for a snack that can be ready anytime.

Ingredients

2 tsp white miso paste 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce ½ tsp finely grated fresh ginger ½ tsp toasted sesame oil ¼ tsp Sriracha ½ cup tofu cubes ⅓ cup thinly sliced snow peas 1 cup uncooked thin rice vermicelli Small handful spinach leaves 1 tablespoon finely sliced scallions Boiling water

Step 1

Layer all the ingredients into the jar with seasonings at the bottom, noodles in the middle and the most delicate vegetables at the top.

Step 2

Pour in boiling hot water, let it sit with a lid on for 10 minutes and then enjoy!
