Quick and easy to make, instant vermicelli upma is a great choice for breakfast. Whether you're in a rush or simply looking for a convenient meal, instant vermicelli upma is a popular choice that guarantees a delightful burst of flavors in every bite.
2 tbsp Oil, 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds, 7 to 8 curry leaves, 8 to 10 cashew, 2 tbsp Peanuts, 1 tsp Urad Dal, 1 & 1/2 cup Vermicelli, 2 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Taatri (Citric Acid) - you can also later add fresh lime juice, 2 tbsp Dried Onion (Dried in sun ), 2 tbsp Dried Carrots, 1 tbsp Dried Coriander, 1 tsp Dried Chilli, 1 tsp Dried Ginger
To prepare instant vermicelli upma, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
Add vermicelli and roast till it’s nice brown. Let it cool and add salt and taatri.
Add the dried vegetables and mix it well.
Your Instant mix is ready, transfer to a jar.
All you got to do is add boiling hot water to this (just until the top of the premix) and enjoy while you are travelling or have no time to cook, this instant mix comes to the rescue.
