No more resting and fermenting the dough for bhatura to achieve the results. You can make restaurant-style fluffy puri to pair with chhole in just 15 minutes. Follow this easy guide and enjoy your favourite meal at home.
½ tsp salt 2.5 cups maida Water as needed 2 tbsp milk ½ cup rava 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp sugar Oil for frying 1 cup soda water
Mix sugar in half a cup of water. Stir until it dissolves.
Take maida in a large container and mix it with rava.
Sprinkle salt, sugar solution, and oil. Combine everything.
Add soda water and start kneading the dough. Add more water if needed.
When the dough is semi-dry, add milk, and knead. Rest it for 10 minutes while the oil is heated.
Roll bhaturas and deep-fry them until golden brown. Serve with chhole and enjoy.
