Indulge In Vegan Delight Of Indian Kesar Pista Kulfi

Enjoy the creamy deliciousness of Vegan Kesar Pista Kulfi, a frozen plant-based treat that is flavoured with saffron and sprinkled with chopped pistachios.

Ingredients

2 cups cashew milk 1/4 cup raw cashews 1/4 cup pistachios 1/2 cup sweetener of your choice 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1/4 tsp saffron threads A pinch of salt

Step 1

In a blender, combine the cashew milk, raw cashews, cane sugar, cardamom powder, saffron threads, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Blend until smooth and creamy. Now Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook for 10-15 min.

Step 3

Now let it cool down. Once cooled, pour the mixture into popsicle mold. Sprinkle crushed pistachios.

Step 4

Cover the molds with aluminum foil and freeze it until firm. When ready gently remove and enjoy!
