This 2-ingredient chocolate mousse is actually a magic trick that shows what a simple chocolate bar can do. This trick was made popular by Chef Heston Blumenthal. TAP TO VIEW the recipe!
280 gm dark chocolate 250 ml warm water
Chop dark chocolate and add it to a bowl.
Add warm water to the bowl and start mixing it.
Mix it well until the mixture starts getting thick.
Take a bowl full of ice cubes and keep the chocolate bowl over it.
Keep mixing it for 10 to 15 minutes or until you get a thick mousse like texture.
When you see the desired texture, stop mixing and serve this easy mousse.
