This delightful dish features a thin, golden dosa filled with crumbled paneer, sautéed onions, tomatoes, and aromatic spices.
Dosa batter (ready-made or homemade) Crumbled Paneer Chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves
To make the paneer filling, saute tomatoes, green chillis, onions, and ginger-garlic paste.
Add seasonings and paneer crumbles. Cook until well heated. Now in a dosa tawa Pour dosa batter, make a thin dosa.
Spread it out in a circular motion.Add a little oil to the sides, then fry them till crispy and brown.
Now Turn the dosa over and quickly cook the opposite side. Cover one side of the dosa with paneer filling.
And fold or roll the dosa. Add fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish. Serve with chutney and sambar.
