Indulge In The Irresistible Crunch of Broccoli Fries

Ingredients

2 boiled potatoes Half of a Broccoli Blanched  and Cooled Chop the Broccoli Superfine in a chopper 2tbsp full cornflour 1tsp pizza seasoning ½ tsp pepper powder Salt to taste 

Step 1 

Add all the ingredients and stir until a dough forms. To make the mixture less sticky and more shape-retaining, add additional cornflour.  

Step 2

Pick up a standard piping bag. Fill it with the mixture. Now push and squeeze the mixture down until it reaches the tip. Remove the tip until it reaches the desired thickness. 

Step 3

Peel off the parchment paper. Use a pastry bag to create shapes resembling fries; you'll get the hang of it after making a couple of batches. You can pipe out right into the oil, but the form might change. The taste will stay the same, though.   

Step 4

Toss the fries into the heated oil after lightly greasing your palms. Sauté in a hot pan until golden and crisp.  

Tip

If you think making fries out of this is an hassle just make tikkis out of it & fry. They taste equally delicious.
