Experience the blissful fusion of creamy textures and aromatic gulkand in this homemade ice cream. Delight your taste buds with every spoonful of this unique and refreshing dessert.
2 cups heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup gulkand (sweet rose petal preserve) 1 tsp rose water (optional) Chopped nuts or rose petals for garnish
In a bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Now Add gulkand to the mixture and whisk. Add rose water for an extra hint of floral flavor.
Now Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn accordingly. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze.
When completely frozen, scoop and serve. Garnish with chopped nuts or rose petals, Serve and enjoy.
