Creamy and tangy cheesecake with a cookie crust, topped with luscious mango puree. Try this tasty no bake dessert at home.
1 ½ cups cookie crumbs ½ cup melted butter 2 cups softened cream cheese ½ cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ cups mango puree 1 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp gelatin powder Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Mix cookie cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a greased 9-inch pan for the crust.
Now Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in water, cool slightly.
Now fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in mango puree and whipped cream.
Pour filling over crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves. Enjoy!
