Daab Sharbat, a popular traditional Bengali beverage, is a refreshing summer treat made with tender coconut water blended with a touch of sweetness and a hint of lime.
1 green coconut 2 tbsp sugar 1 lemon Ice cubes Mint leaves Saffron strands (optional)
Take a fresh green tender coconut. Empty it in a bowl. Strain the coconut water.
Take the coconut flesh out and blend it until smooth. Mix the water and sugar stir well to dissolves completely
To avoid any lumps strain the mixture and now Add Squeezed lime juice. Gently combine the ingredients.
Now add desired amount of ice and Stir to cool down the drink. Now Pour the Daab Sharbat into serving glasses.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and saffron. Enjoy this refreshing and flavourful drink!
