Kadai Mushroom is a delicious Indian dish that can make a great lunch. Simple and easy to make!
500g fresh button mushrooms, sliced 2 onions, finely chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2-3 green chillies, slit 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste coriander leaves for garnishing
Take a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn translucent.
Now Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and cook. Add chopped bell peppers and green chillies. Sauté well.
Now Add sliced mushrooms and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
