Indulge in Homemade Melt In Mouth Vegetarian Galouti Kebabs

Vegetarian Galouti Kebabs are full of rich and hot flavours that you can enjoy at home. With its delicious mix of rajma, tofu, and fragrant spices, this recipe is a treat that everyone can't say no to. Enjoy the taste of Lucknow's culinary heritage with these succulent, meatless kebabs.

Ingredients

1 cup boiled rajma ½ cup crushed tofu 1/3 cup mint leaves 1/3 cup coriander leaves 1/3 cup fried onions Spices 3 tbsp roasted garam masala powder (nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, clove, cardamom, bay leaves) 3 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp coriander power 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 3 tbsp ghee 1/3 cup roasted besan 

Step 1

Blend everything together and create a smooth paste.  Add all the spices to it and give it a good mix.

Step 2

In a pan heat some ghee on a medium flame and drop the galouti mix with a spoon or hand. Let them cook till they turn slightly stiff and have an outer layer.

Step 3

Flip and cook from the other side too. Serve hot with green chutney.
