Enjoy the irresistible charm of gluten-free chocolate donuts made with a blend of cocoa, moist texture, and delightful toppings.
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 large egg Desired Optional toppings
Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a donut pan. In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar and baking powder.
Add baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
Now mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.
Spoon the batter into the prepare donut pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and let them cool. Decorate the donuts accordingly and enjoy this delicious treat!
