Indulge In Heavenly Delight With A Decadent Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

Layers of rich chocolate cake are sandwiched between velvety, creamy chocolate ice cream in this delicious delicacy. This dessert is a must try!

Ingredients

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp  baking powder 1 ½ tsp  baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 large eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 2 tsp  vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water 4 cups chocolate ice cream Whipped cream Chocolate shavings Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C Grease and flour cake pans. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cocoa powder.

Step 2

Add in baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well and Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Step 3

Now Stir in the boiling water, smoothen the batter. Now pour it into the prepared cake pans.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes.  Remove the cakes let them cool.

Step 5

Place a cake on a stand and Spread 2 cup of softened chocolate ice cream evenly.

Step 6

Now layer the second cake with the ice cream. Gently press and secure. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Step 7

Refrigerate before serving. Make sure it’s firm and intact. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
