Indulge In Healthy Snacking With Poha Nugget Recipe

Craving snacks in the evening? Instead of eating unhealthy food, you should make poha nuggets. Topped with various vegetables and a few spices, it tastes delicious and satisfies your hunger.

Ingredients

3 boiled potatoes 1 cup poha 1 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp coriander leaves ½ cup bread crumbs 3 tbsp gram flour 1 tsp oregano (optional) 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp chopped garlic Salt to taste Oil for frying

Step 1

Soak poha for a few minutes so that it turns soft and can be crumbled without hassle.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine gram flour, poha, cornflour, and potatoes until the mixture can bind.

Step 3

Add the spices to make the mixture flavourful. You can also add chopped green chillies and boiled peas.

Step 4

Shape the mixture into small nuggets. You can also give them the shape of a star or smiley if you are making them for kids.

Step 5

Preheat the oven or air fryer if you want to opt for low-oil cooking. Heat oil in a kadhai if you prefer deep-fried snacks.

Step 6

Serve hot poha nuggets with your favourite sauce or dip.
