Looking for a healthy yet indulgent snack? Cheesy makhana, packed with flavour and crunch, is perfect for a guilt-free munch during your weekend movie nights or tea time!
Makhana (fox nuts) – 2 cups Ghee – 1 tbsp Grated cheese – ¼ cup Chaat masala – 1 tsp Black pepper powder – ½ tsp Salt to taste Dried herbs (optional) – 1 tsp
Heat ghee in a pan and roast makhana on low flame until crispy. Add chaat masala, black pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat the makhana.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the roasted makhana and stir until it melts. Optionally, add dried herbs for extra flavour. Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy, crunchy snack!
