Treat yourself to a luscious mango pudding made with ripe mangoes, milk, and a hint of sweetness. A refreshing dessert to savour on hot summer days.
2 ripe mangoes 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Fresh mint leaves
Start by blending the mangoes until smooth. In a pan, combine the milk, sugar, and water. Heat the mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with to make a slurry. Now add it to the milk.
Cook the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens. Add the mango puree to the saucepan and stir.
Now Add the vanilla extract and mix. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and cook it down.
When it’s done garnish with mango pieces and fresh mint leaves, enjoy!
