Indian Spiced Walnuts - A Nutritious Crunchy Snack

This dish will be a hit. It's savoury and enjoyable to eat because of the creamy cashew sauce, loaded with broccoli, tomatoes, jalapeño, and creamy cashew sauce, this pizza is flavorful, satisfying, and fun to eat.

Ingredients

1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp jeera 1 tsp peppercorn 2-3 dried red chillies 2 cups walnuts 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp spice mix 1 tsp black salt

Step 1

Start by roasting all your spices. Roast them for about 2 minutes and take it off the heat.

Step 2

Let it cool and blitz to a fine powder

Step 3

Add the Walnuts to a pan. Roast them for about 2-4 minutes.

Step 4

Now add all the masalas mentioned in the description with some honey. Mix it all up well and dig in.
