Include These Vegetarian Protein Sources To your Diet

By Deepali Verma

A healthy, well-balanced diet must include protein. In contrast to vegetarians, who may not have enough plant-based protein sources, non-vegetarians have an easier time finding protein sources in the form of meat. Here are some high-protein vegetarian foods.

Peanut Butter

The perfect spread for adding flavour and nutrition to our toast is peanut butter.

Chickpeas

Chana-chawal is one of our favourite combinations. Think of receiving all the necessary protein while eating to your heart's desire!

Milk

Milk is a great source of protein in addition to calcium. If plain milk isn't your thing, consider using it to make smoothies, cereal bowls, or muesli.

Seeds

The tiny seeds are packed with vitamins, minerals, proteins, and healthy fats. Combine them with nuts and eat them each morning.

One of the many nutrients that walnuts provide is protein. You can eat ground walnuts on their own, include them in trail mix, or blend them into shakes and salads.
