Crispy and tasty snack option made from potatoes. Best to fulfil your evening cravings, with special spices that gives a nice taste.
6 medium potatoes virgin olive oil Sea salt black pepper Fresh sage leaves 1 recipe Garlic Butter Fresh parsley Red pepper flakes
Start by Preheating the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Now Place potatoes on a cutting board and lay butter knives or chopsticks along both of its long sides.
Thinly slice the potato crosswise until it reaches the butter knives or chopsticks, leaving the bottom intact.
Place the potatoes on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread the potato slices with a coating, tuck a sage leaf between each one, and roast for 50 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and brush with garlic butter. Roast for 25 minutes until potatoes edges are crisp.
Add red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Add additional garlic butter on the side and serve.
