If you’re finding it tough to lose weight during winters, these healthy soups can come to your rescue. From cabbage to lentils, all that you can make at home.
Add blanched spinach leaves to your soup puree and make a thick paste. Add this in a pot and stir it well. A high-protein soup, this one keeps you warm in winters.
Grate the cabbage and boil it in water. Let the soup simmer for some time. This vegetable soup helps you lose those extra kilos by having it for dinner.
Slice tomatoes and chop the carrots. Mix it all really well and grind into a puree. Add this to a pot and stir it. Once done, season with black pepper.
This yum and protein-rich soup is made with boiled chicken stock. Shredded chicken is added to the soup and everything is cooked together.
The fresh green peas that are widely available during winters can be dunked into a bowl of soup. The green peas are shelled, mashed to give the soup an earthy taste.
