This warm, yellow chia pudding made with fruits, winter spices and seeds is the healthy meal your body needs, to heal during the chilly season. Harness the nutritional properties of turmeric with this creamy, sweet breakfast or snack.

2 cups coconut milk 6 tablespoons chia seeds 1 pinch black pepper powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 mashed banana ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon peanut butter 2 tablespoons mixed seeds ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon ginger powder 4-5 strawberries, sliced

Combine all the spice powders in a small bowl and set aside, while you pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan.

Warm up the milk and add the chia seeds and stir well to combine.

Add the spice mix and mashed banana and mix well, until it begins to thicken.

Turn off the flame and add the seed mix and honey before mixing well.
