Idli chaat is a modern twist to the traditional South Indian dish that will make your spread appear unique. If you have tried aloo chaat, chana chaat, and sprout chaat, it’s time to try idli chaat.
4 tbsp curd 16 mini idli 2 tsp butter ⅛ cup plain sev 1 tbsp onion 2 tsp butter A pinch of chaat masala ¼ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste ¼ tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander 1 tsp green, tamarind chutney
Prepare mini idlis in an idli mould and keep them aside to cool off.
Toast idlis on a tawa until they are slightly crispy.
Arrange idlis on a platter and top them with chopped onion, curd, and spices.
Add a generous amount of green and tamarind chutney.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top and garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
Serve idli chaat with fresh juice and mocktails on the side.
