Idli batter 3 cup Salt to taste Oil for greasing Mix herbs Chilli flakes Green capsicums chopped 1 tbsp Red capsicum chopped 1 tbsp Yellow capsicum chopped 1 tbsp Cabbage chopped 1 tbsp Cheese 2 cubs and grated Green chillies crushed 1 Fresh coriander leaves Pizza sauce 1 tsp Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Butter 2 teaspoons + for basting Mustard seeds 1 tsp White sesame seeds 1 tsp
Heat sufficient water in a dhokla steamer. Take batter in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Grease the dhokla moulds with some oil pour some batter and tap.

Place the moulds in the hot steamer and steam till done. Remove from steamer, cool and de-mould.

To prepare stuffing, take bowl Add capsicum, grated cheese, salt, green chillies, mix herbs, chilli flakes and coriander leaves.then add pizza sauce and mix it well.
