Mango Shikanji is a well-liked summertime beverage in India that combines mango's sweetness with lemon and spices.
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced 1 lemon, juiced 1 tsp black salt 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 cup sugar 4 cups chilled water Ice cubes Mint leaves for garnishing
Take a blender and add in diced mangoes, blend them until smooth.
Now In a large bowl, mix together mango puree, lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and sugar.
Add in chilled water and mix well. Take a glass and fill it with desired amount of ice.
Now pour the Mango Shikanji into the glass. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled
