Ice Loaded Chai Latte For Summer Afternoons

This chilly variation of the classic Indian tea-based beverage, made with black tea, spices, milk, and ice, is ideal for summer days.

Ingredients

2 cups water 2 bags of black tea 1 cup milk 1 cinnamon stick 4-5 cardamom pods 4-5 cloves 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, or maple syrup) Ice cubes

Step 1

Take small bowl. Add water in it and keep it on the stove to boil. Add the tea bags for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 2

Now in a pan add Grated ginger, cardamom pods, cloves, and milk. Simmer for a short while.

Step 3

Now strain the tea into the milk mixture and Add Sweetener. Now add ice cubes too.

Step 4

Once foamy and smooth, blend. Now Pour the cold chai latte into cups, top them off with ice cubes, and enjoy!
