Ingredients

2 cups ice cream 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour

Step 1

Combine the melted ice cream and self-rising flour. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Pour batter into a lined or greased loaf pan and spread evenly.

Step 3

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 175˚C. Cool before serving.
