Hydrate With This Refreshing Gulab Lassi

Summers are for hydrating yourself and enjoying pretty drinks in tall glasses. One such Desi drink is rose lassi. Click to see a recipe of this beverage.

Ingredients

1 bowl curd 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp sugar 2 tsp rose essence or gulab jal Dried rose petals Ice cubes

Step 1

Put the curd, water, sugar and gulab jal in a blender. Make sure that the curd as well as the water is chilled.

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients till they are smooth and you get a thick consistency.

Step 3

Add ice cubes to a glass and pour the lassi. Garnish with dried rose petals and enjoy!
