Hummus Pasta is incredibly easy, deliciously creamy, customizable and made in only 20 minutes!
2 teaspoons olive oil 1/2 cup spinach, chopped 3 sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced salt and pepper to taste 1 cup garlicky hummus 1/4 cup pasta water 1 cup dry pasta Lime
First you boil some pasta and reserve some of that well-salted water.
While the pasta is boiling, go ahead and sauté your sundried tomatoes with any other veggies you’re adding in.
After your pasta is ready, add pasta with veggies, hummus, and ¼ cup pasta water into your pot and mix them all together.
Whether you’re making fresh hummus or have leftover hummus, add it to a cup and stir well.
You’ll get a creamy and flavourful sauce that’ll perfectly coat your pasta.
Season it with salt and pepper to taste and more seasonings depending on the base flavors of your hummus.
The hummus should be loaded with garlic that will add more flavour to the Pasta.
Finish it with a squeeze of lime or lemon, stir well ! Serve and enjoy!
