In an interview, the actor revealed that to prepare for his upcoming film, Fighter, Hrithik Roshan ate 6-7 meals a day. He used to divide portions and eat frequently.

Consumes 4000 Calories

The actor’s diet is planned in such a way that he consumes 4,000 calories in one day, which he also burns with an intense workout routine.

Contrary to popular belief, Hrithik Roshan’s diet includes carbohydrates that provide him energy. This includes sweet potatoes, potatoes, oats, and rice.
