How To Prepare Tasty Chicken Meatballs At Your Place

These homemade chicken meatballs are flavourful, baked, and brushed with lemon garlic herb butter. This simple dish is perfect for pairing with pasta or zucchini noodles or served on their own.

Ingredients

1.25 kg ground chicken 1 large egg 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2–3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried oregano 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, and seasoning.

Step 3

Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls with your hands.

Step 4

Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. While baking, melt butter in a pan, then add lemon juice and garlic, stirring until fragrant.

Step 5

Brush the baked meatballs with the lemon garlic butter mixture before serving.

Step 6

Serve hot with pasta, zucchini noodles, or on their own.
