How To Make Yummy Amla Coriander Chutney

Goodness of amla with refreshing dhania (coriander) makes for this stellar chutney you can pair with anything and everything. 

Ingredients

2 amlas (medium) 1 cup coriander leaves (washed and chopped) 2 tbsp roasted peanuts 2 green chillies 5-6 garlic cloves ½ tbsp grated ginger 3 tbsp curd ½ tsp mustard oil Salt to taste 

Wash, de-seed and chop amla into small cubes. Blend them along with coriander leaves.

Add garlic, ginger, peanuts, curd and green chilli to it and blend into a smooth paste.

Now add salt and mustard oil to the mix and blend again.

Transfer in a bowl and enjoy with parathas, over sandwiches and more. You can keep it in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
