How To Make Winter Special Til Ke Laddoo

Winter special til or sesame seed laddoos are the rage of the season. Let us see how to make them in simple steps.

Step 1

Dry roast sesame seeds for 8-10 minutes on a pan. Remove from heat when the colour changes.

Step 2

In a deep pan, heat some ghee and add jaggery. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

Add the roasted sesame seeds, cardamom powder and optionally, add peanuts. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Step 4

Take the mixture off flame and spread it on a thali, after greasing it with ghee..

Step 5

Put some water on your palms. Take small portions of the lmixture and make laddoos. Store them in an air-tight container.
