If you crave restaurant-style white sauce pasta, you can make it in under 30 minutes at your home. You have to boil pasta, make the white sauce, and combine the two of them. Voila! Your creamy and delicious white sauce pasta is ready to be served with refreshing coolers and garlic bread on the side.

2 tablespoons butter 1 cup pasta 2 cups water 1 cup milk ½ cup cheese 1 teaspoon chopped garlic Salt to taste ½ cup diced bell peppers ¼ cup diced capsicum 1 tablespoon boiled corn 1 tablespoon olives 1 tablespoon jalapeno A pinch of black pepper 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon maida

Cook pasta in either a pressure cooker or a deep frying pan with the lid closed. Meanwhile, keep the vegetables ready.

Add butter to a hot pan, pour garlic, and saute all your vegetables with salt to taste. You can also use garlic butter.

Add butter to the pan, and once it’s hot, add maida and pour in the milk. Keep stirring until all-purpose flour mixes.

Fold in your cheese, and you will witness the white concoction turning creamy. Add a pinch of black pepper and red chilli powder.

Fold in your sauteed vegetables and al dente pasta into the creamy white sauce, and toss everything gently into the mixture.
