Vrat Wale Dahi Ke Kebab are super soft and creamy kebabs made especially for fasting days. These kebabs are made with hung curd, singhara atta and a blend of vrat friendly spices.
1 cup curd 2 tbsp singhara atta 1 boiled potato 2 tbsp paneer Fresh coriander leaves 1 green chili ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp black pepper powder Sendha namak (rock salt) to taste Ghee or oil for shallow frying
In a bowl, mix together curd, singhara atta, mashed potato, grated paneer, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, black pepper and rock salt. Mix well.
Grease your hands with a little ghee and take small portions of the mixture. Make round flat kebabs.
Add a little ghee or oil in a non-stick pan and heat it on medium flame.
Place the kebabs in the pan and cook on both sides till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with vrat friendly green chutney or yoghurt.
